Brief

For nearly three years, I have helped The Delphi Network, a Tokyo executive events network, strengthen its digital presence and grow its events business.

Work

I built new websites, implemented payment solutions, improved event registration and communications, and advised on digital media. The work supports a relationship-led model while giving the team stronger systems for attracting and serving members and event guests.

Result

This ongoing collaboration has attracted new members and generated additional event revenue.
