Why I use it
Its job in the stack
I use Cloudflare when a domain needs dependable DNS, protective controls and a clear edge layer in front of web services. It can consolidate several infrastructure jobs without moving the underlying site.
The dashboard can become powerful and dangerous at once. DNS, proxying, redirects, certificates and security rules need named ownership and exportable records.

What it does not solve
A mistaken rule or DNS change can affect every visitor. Account recovery and configuration records are critical.
