    A short description is enough to start. Include the systems involved, what you need to change, and any timing or budget constraints you already know.

    I read and respond

    I reply within 48 hours with clarifying questions or a direct view on which engagement, if any, fits the problem.

    Agree the next step

    If I can help, we agree the scope, price and responsibilities before starting. The Decision Session is a live conversation. Assessments, implementation and ongoing advice are separate engagements.
