Why I use it
Its job in the stack
I use Spark because email work is usually triage, delegation and follow-up, not passive inbox watching. Its unified view makes several accounts manageable without erasing which identity or organization a message belongs to.
A good client reduces friction, but it does not fix weak email discipline. Important commitments still need to leave the inbox and become tracked work.

Limits
What it does not solve
Email remains a poor system of record for projects. Sensitive account access also deserves careful device and provider controls.
