Why I use it
Its job in the stack
I work with Wix when an existing site already depends on it and the immediate need is repair, content recovery or a safe transition. Keeping the current site functional matters while the next system is prepared.
I generally work to move clients off Wix when ownership, maintainability, performance or integration needs have outgrown the builder. The replacement is selected from actual publishing and operating requirements.

Limits
What it does not solve
Platform coupling and export constraints can make later change harder. A migration needs URL, content, domain and analytics preservation.
