Why I use it
Its job in the stack
I use WordPress when a client needs familiar publishing, deep editorial capability or hosting independence. Its ecosystem makes many integrations possible, and content teams can usually find experienced support without depending on one developer.
That flexibility needs governance. Themes, plugins, user roles, updates and backups must be treated as an operating system, not installed once and forgotten.

Limits
What it does not solve
Uncontrolled plugins and weak maintenance create security and performance problems. Simpler sites may not need its operational weight.
