Why I use it
Its job in the stack
Google is less one tool than a connected operating layer. Search, Workspace, Analytics, Maps and Gemini cover discovery, collaboration, measurement and a second model family without forcing every job into the same interface.
I use the parts selectively. A spreadsheet may be the right shared database for a small operation, while a production application belongs elsewhere. Familiarity is useful, but it does not excuse poor system boundaries.

Limits
What it does not solve
Google products can accumulate into an unclear sprawl. Ownership, access and retention need active management.
